When ordering from Monty's Fine Lunches Ltd the
following Terms and Conditions of Sale apply:
Prices quoted are per person and are
subject to VAT. These prices are correct at the last update
of our website or printed brochure.
Monty's Fine Lunches Ltd reserves the
right to cease delivery of any food orders to customers that
fail to settle their account within the agreed time period
stated on all invoices.
All invoices are due 14 days from invoice
date. Any unpaid invoices will be charged interest at a rate
of 1.5% above the base rate per month from the date of
invoice until payment is received in full.
Orders may be rejected if the
official order form is not used or if the information
supplied is insufficient or incorrect.
Monty's Fine Lunches Ltd reserves the
right to substitute products with alternatives without prior
notice if the products ordered are not available or if the
customer orders from an out of date menu.
All plates and platters remain the
property of Monty's Fine Lunches and any missing or damaged
items will be charged for at their original cost price.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required
for any orders or cancellations. A charge may be made for
any late cancellations.
